2003 Lincoln City, Indiana was Lincoln's home for 14 years and the site of the 9th Convention.
The Lincoln Museum was the Host for the 2002 Convention
The Beautiful Southern Hills of Beckley, West Virginia, and the Coal mines hosted the 2001 Convention
The Birthplace Hodgenville, Kentucky was our destination in 2000.
The Headquarters Hotel was in Elizabethtown
Our first trip to the West Coast came in 1999. Burbank-Redlands, California "The Lincoln Shrine"
The site of the Third Lincoln-Douglas, Charleston, Illinois was our spot for 1998
The Third Convention in 1997 was in Gettysburg Pennsylvania
1996 we traveled to Springfield Illinois for the Second Convention
The Year was 1995 and several members of the ALP had expressed an interest in getting together for a convention. Jim Sayre took on the task for the first convention. Lexington, Kentucky was chosen with the Mary Todd Lincoln Home as one of the main draws. (Springs Motel was the headquarters).
