Room Sharing Request:

Some of the attendees may want to share a room with another attendee to help offset costs or for company.  We have created a “Room Sharing Request” form in which you can alert us if you are indeed looking to share a room with someone.  If we have others that would like to share a room, we will be able to connect the two so that they can make arrangements.

Meals:

Thursday night dinner will be BBQ (casual dress).
Lunch on Friday in McCaysville at your choice of several restaurants.
Dinner on Friday in Blue Ridge at Southern Charm Restaurant, across from the train station. There will be entrée choices and family style sides. Desserts will be back at the Lodge.
Saturday’s catered lunch will include choices to meet specific dietary requirements. Saturday dinner will be a buffet, with special dietary choices served at your table. All breakfasts are at the Lodge & proper ID will be given to you in your packet.

Airports:

Those of you who wish to fly to the conference have two choices which are the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport or Chattanooga Airport.  Both are approximately 85 to 100 miles from the Lodge. Both airports provide car rental service.

Photography:

We are happy to welcome Mary Armstrong & Dorcas back as our Official photographers. Their studio will be on the lower level near the meeting rooms. Please arrange with them for personal photos.

Business Meeting:

This meeting will take place from 8 PM to 9:30 PM on Friday. Let us ALL assist President Stan by staying “on task” and honoring time limits.

Check-In:

Will be in the lower lobby of the lodge by the meeting rooms.

Weather:

Our north Georgia weather in mid-April typically is moderate, but don’t forget that April showers bring May flowers so be sure to bring your umbrellas and light outerwear.
